This group is for pregnant people and their older toddlers (if applicable). We target low-income families and those facing challenging life circumstances. Discussions are led by various members of the staff and the community. Our Public Health Nurse, Dietitian, Program Coordinator, and Family Support Worker are available for support.
What we provide:
Educational sessions
One-on-one support
Monthly food vouchers and Good Food Box produce
Prenatal vitamins and vitamin D drops
Baby food demos
Healthy snacks
Hospital tours and hospital pre-registration
Online access to a Public Health Nurse, a Dietitian, and a Dental Hygienist

Victoria Best Babies serves pregnant and parenting parents of children ages 0-1 year. Due to space restraints, we are currently only serving low-income families.
